Do you offer payment plans?
You definitely don’t need to have that figured out… that’s what we do best! You don’t have to have a clear vision or know exactly what you want. Our strategy call and detailed process is designed to help you get clear on what’s most important about your business so we can take that and use it to create your one-of-a-kind visual brand!
What if I don’t know what I want my brand to look like?
We’re into collaboration and clear, direct feedback. You get a say at every step of the process, and ultimately – we want you to walk away with a brand you love that highlights the best parts of your business. We’ll always give you our professional insights and opinions, and we’ll pair our creative direction with your preferences and priorities.
Do I get a say in my designs? What’s the feedback process like?
Wellll… that depends. We work quickly and pride ourselves on faster-than-average turnaround times. But every project is different, and how long you spend on the feedback process will also impact the timeline. We can be done within 7 weeks or take up 12 weeks depending on your project and priorities. If you’re on a quick timeline, just let us know and we can make it happen!
How long does the design process take?
Nope! We recommend hosting with us because it gives us the easiest, most direct access to your site for any troubleshooting. We also offer monthly maintenance to keep your site optimized and running smoothly without you having to lift a finger! But if you’re already hosted elsewhere and are happy with the service, we’ll just need your details to log-in to your host to work our website tech magic.
I already own my domain. Do I have to transfer my hosting to you?
