Client Spotlight: Jerkins Law

Authority Meets Warmth in a Civil Litigation Brand

Working with Luke Jerkins (and his wife Amanda, who is a fabulous friend) was such a rewarding creative journey. Jerkins Law is a civil litigation firm based in Spring Hill, Tennessee, so we knew the brand needed to communicate strength, credibility, and protection, but it also needed to feel approachable and human.

Standing Out in a Field That Values Tradition

Attorney sites often follow a predictable formula: dark blue, gold, serif fonts, formal layouts. That style communicates authority, but it can also feel cold, distant, or overly traditional.

Luke’s mission is to protect, advocate, and champion his clients. So while we wanted that same sense of gravitas, we also wanted his brand to feel welcoming, someone you’d feel safe reaching out to in challenging times.

We chose non-traditional accent colors (while still maintaining professionalism), combined with clean lines and modern typography. The result is a brand that strikes the balance: bold but inviting, serious but human.

From Brand to Business Growth

We built Luke’s website about two years ago in 2023, fully custom, brand, site, and all messaging. Since then, the business has exploded in growth. He’s added team members, expanded his case intake, and built momentum. It’s been fun to watch and support those refinements as his business evolves.

Every time we update or refine something, the brand continues to serve him, scaling alongside the business rather than holding it back.

A Brand with Dual Purpose: Client & Peer

The Jerkins Law brand had to speak on two levels:

  • To prospective clients who need someone they can trust
  • To the legal community and referrals, asserting professional legitimacy

We designed with care so that each visual decision, layout, underline treatments, accent colors, supports both goals without leaning too far into either side.

The warmth shows someone’s in your corner. The authority ensures you’re taken seriously.
